Senior Employment Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Global Employment Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and manage US and international employment offer letters and agreements

Counsel the People team and management on employment matters and compliance with regulations

Develop and implement employment policies, handbooks, and training programs

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in employment law from law firms and in-house roles

Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of company operations

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across teams

Exemplary client management skills and ability to build trust across all levels

Outstanding judgment and analytical ability to proactively resolve issues
