Run operations for a $7M HVAC company with a strong mix of service / replacement and residential new construction. Drive both divisions to scale toward $30M, sharpen performance, and create your team. Big runway, major impactbe the catalyst for growth. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes is essential. Geothermal experience is a plus! Proficient in using HVAC software such as Service Titan. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are necessary, along with proficiency in project management software. Problem-Solving : Ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions. Time Management : Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer Focus : Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Coordinate and schedule HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Resource Management : Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to optimize operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety training for staff.
- Quality Control : Maintain high-quality standards in service delivery and installation processes.
- Strategic Development : Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and project managers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight : Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for equipment and services.
