Responsibilities
: Assist Human Resources Manager with the following :
Oversees the recruitment / hiring process by sourcing candidates, phone screening candidates, participating in on site interviews as necessary, performing background checks, drug screening, and finally ensures that all hiring practices are following Equal Opportunity Employer policies.
- Works hand – in – hand with the HR Manager to ensure alignment on preferred qualities and skillsets of ideal candidates for each vacancy, while confirming clear lines of communication between all parties throughout the recruitment process.
- Enthusiastically oversees all facility communications relating to Human Resources, including but not limited to team member performances, hiring, terminations of employment, and facility announcements that relate to people and culture.
- Assist HR Manager with new hire onboarding and orientation with all new team members for the facility – from entry level to department management.
- Tasked with all record-keeping with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
Performs routine tasks required to timely administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Assists HR Manager with employment- related inquiries from applicants, employees, and management, referring complex and / or sensitive matters to the appropriate managers.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Performs other duties as assigned.Office Manager :
Handle all incoming calls and respond to daily inquiries.Notify distribution of any special deliveries to supervisors.Log all attendance / disciplinary write ups.Responsible for submitting purchase quotes.Greet guests / vendors & maintain visitor logbook in front lobby.Maintain key fobs.Responsible for ordering all office supplies.Process all incoming ang outgoing mail.Update current uniform company of new hires / termed associates.Requirements :
3-5 years’ Experience as an HR representative or relevant human resources / administrative positionMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TeamsAbility to handle data and situations with confidentiality.Excellent people, written communication, and verbal skillsAbility to work with a team or individuallySelf-Motivated to achieve People MetricsBilingual - English / SpanishCompany Benefits :
