Job Description
The New York City Department of Transportation, Division of Bridges, is seeking a Confidential Strategy Planner to join the Bridges Capital Finance Unit as a Capital Budget Analyst. Reporting directly to the Director of Capital Finance, the selected candidate will oversee all phases of the capital budget process including planning, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting with significant independent responsibility and discretion. The Analyst will also serve as a key liaison between the Division of Bridges and internal agency project oversight teams, acting as a point of contact when needed. Additional duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Preferred Skills - Knowledge of NYC Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. Familiarity with NYC Comptroller's Directives, particularly Directives 1, 7, and 10. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project. Experience using City systems such as FMS, Passport, and related platforms.

Qualifications
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of satisfactory, full-time experience related to the projects and policies to be studied in the particular position.
