SUMMARY
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the HRIS systems of the company. This individual serves as a technical point of contact and ensures data integrity, testing of systems changes, report writing and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains and updates information in HRIS
- Serves as a contact for employees with HRIS issues
- Supports all HRIS applications, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, employee self-service, etc.
- Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports and queries utilizing appropriate report writer tools. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Completes routine audits of HRIS systems, timekeeping records, etc.
- Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HRIS users
- Trains new users on HRIS Systems
QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma and / or 2 years of experiencePHR / SPHR preferredPrior experience with ADP payroll, timekeeping, reporting and benefits system a plusThe military equivalent will be recognized in lieu of education and / or experience.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
