💰 $100,000–$140,000 annually

Are you a seasoned professional passionate about improving patient outcomes and navigating the complexities of managed care? This is your opportunity to lead strategic planning and oversight of our Utilization Review Program.

What You’ll Do : ✅ Lead case management and treatment planning

✅ Interface with managed care organizations and external reviewers

✅ Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

✅ Promote a therapeutic and patient-centered environment

What We’re Looking For : 🎓 Degree in nursing, social work, or behavioral sciences (Master’s preferred)

📋 5+ years in psychiatric / mental health, including leadership experience

🧠 Deep knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and patient rights standards
