Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience communicating to customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
1+ years of experience with project or construction management (ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously)
1+ years of experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar)
Experience reading and interpreting construction plans & specifications
Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
3+ years of higher education and / or related work experience
3+ years of experience identifying & managing project risks and opportunities
3+ years of experience monitoring & coordinating implementation activities such as relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews
3+ years of experience with / knowledge of local, city, state codes, commercial building codes, and regulatory requirements
3+ years of experience managing cross functional teams through project lifecycle
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
Job Description
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
Support, lead and manage construction projects and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
Support, develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track
Prepare and present project reports, including performance metrics and financial analysis, to senior management and stakeholders
