What You’ll Be Doing
As a HVAC Installation Foreman, you will oversee, train and motivate a team of HVAC Installers responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service. This position will also be expected to ensure the team delivers high quality work, delivers on time and has a 'Let's get it done' attitude.
Essential Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to :
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the HVAC Installers ensuring timely completion of projects.Troubleshoot complex HVAC problems and provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and resolving issues.Train and mentor HVAC Installers providing guidance on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and repair procedures.Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems to ensure the team's skills and knowledge are up to date.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team.Requirements :
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills :
Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of HVAC InstallersExceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex HVAC issues and provide effective solutions.Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.Proficient in interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications related to HVAC systems.Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Knowledge of HVAC software and tools for diagnostics and system analysis.Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong customer service skills to resolve client concerns and provide exceptional service.Must be willing to work some weekends on an needed basisRequired Qualifications :
Proven experience as an HVAC technician with at least seven years of experience in light commercial and residential HVAC systems.Previous experience in a Foreman role, demonstrating the ability to manage and guide a team of HVAC InstallersKnowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record pursuant to company policyDon't miss out on this chance to make a difference in your career!
