Job Summary
The Mayor's Office of Recovery Programs oversees programs authorized through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the Opioid Restitution Fund (ORF), as well as other legislation. Project Managers will report to the Chief Recovery Officer and will be principally focused overseeing and providing technical assistance to projects related to the ORF as well as other legislation to ensure they are completed on-time and within budget.
Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in public policy, Public Administration, Business or a related field is preferred.
AND Experience : Have at least 5 years of related professional experience. Two (2) years of project management experience recommended. PMP certification is a plus. Additional related experience may substitute for required education
OR Equivalency Notes : Have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Driver's License Requirement Licenses, Registrations, and Certificates : Have a valid Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver's license or an equivalent driver's license and be eligible to obtain a Baltimore City driver's permit. PROVISIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. NOTE : YOU MUST UPLOAD A COPY OF YOUR VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH THE APPLICATION AT THE TIME OF APPLYING.
