Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrols in Milwaukee, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will support a secure environment while building positive relationships with guests and staff. Guided by our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork, you will play a key role in upholding the standards of Allied Universal and making a meaningful difference in the retail community.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
