As a Strategic Pricing Director, you will be crucial in developing and executing innovative pricing strategies for new business opportunities within Government clients. Collaborating closely with capture, technical, operations, and other functional teams, you will align pricing strategies with customer requirements and competitive market dynamics. Your leadership will guide the financial and pricing decision-making process, helping to develop and validate robust business models and strategies across multiple technology markets and contract structures.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Lead proposal pricing teams and manage the full pricing lifecycle for large-scale proposals (>

$500M) including complex technology and product-based bids. Interface with executive management and closely collaborate with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal Teams to develop winning price strategies, resolve issues, implement solutions, and provide expert guidance. Oversee strategy execution and implementation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market conditions.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
