Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (No weekends!)

You’ll play a key role in onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations while helping shape a positive and supportive culture.
What You’ll Do :
- Help manage all aspects of onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Process employee documentation and maintain compliance across HR records
- Conduct background checks and ensure timely hiring processes
- Provide guidance and support to office and field staff on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on special projects and continuous improvement
What You Bring :
1+ year of HR or related administrative experience (healthcare preferred)Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationCustomer service mindset — approachable, patient, and professionalProficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systemsSHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred (not required)What You’ll Get :
