Role Definition

Creates the vision and leads a team that manages digital dealer experiences along with the tools / system / process strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages product development and adoption strategies by collaborating with internal teams and vendors to achieve marketing objectives. This includes business requirements management, product road mapping, and contributing to innovations that drive digital marketing excellence.
• Manages and mentors teams and associated budgets; designs enablement plans to enhance team capabilities. Participates in strategy development and implementation of integrations and digital tools to improve business outcomes.
• Monitors product technology and integration landscape to identify and address themes, opportunities, and challenges faced by organizations. Provides regular guidance to developers and users to maximize marketing performance.
• Plans, prioritizes, and manages product and integration roadmaps, scope, resources, budget, and risks. Researches and recommends best practices for leveraging digital capabilities and / or data products and trends to maximize customer engagement and business outcomes.

Summary Pay Range : $135,240.00 - $237,564.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
