Our dental practice is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team part-time! Our ideal candidate enjoys bringing a smile to other people’s faces, is willing to learn, and is committed to providing a unique and memorable patient experience. The full description is as follows :

Location : 70 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette, IL 60091

Job Title : Dental Assistant

Job Type : Part-time

Compensation : $18-25 / hr. - based on level of experience

Experience required :

No experience required; 1 year preferred

Must be trainable and willing to learn

Schedule :

Hours are flexible and may vary - minimum 3 days a week.

Responsibilities :

Chair and tool sterilization

Digital scanning

Take images including panoramic x-rays and CT scans

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate dental procedures and terminology

Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPPA compliance

Highly-engage with patients and fellow team members

Show a reliable and empathetic attitude towards patients and staff

Ordering supplies and taking care of logistics

Schedule patients and answer phones as needed
