We're currently looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our high-performing sales team. Whether you're a seasoned pro or someone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

Compensation : Full-time total annual compensation between $60,000.00 - $170,000.00; including 15-20% commission on Front Payable Gross and $250.00-$1,050.00 bonus potential based on tiered qualifying monthly performance, subject to terms of pay plan.

• Paid Time Off (PTO) : All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
