BAE Systems' Mission Assessments (MA) organization is revolutionizing how mission-level operational analysis is planned, executed, and delivered. The Mission Assessments organization was created to address the rapidly increasing demand for mission-level operational analysis. Our mission is to achieve excellence in multidomain (MDO), systems-of-systems (SoS) Mission Assessments and effectively communicate the value of BAE Systems products to customers, leadership and the warfighter. To do this we must bring together models of advanced technologies, weapons, platforms, and threats in relevant mission simulations and then apply our deep subject matter expertise and experience to deliver assessments that can change the world.

BAE Systems is seeking a highly motivated Task Manager to join the Mission Assessments team. One of the responsibilities in this role will be to manage our studies ensuring the solution meets customer programmatic and technical expectations within the studies allocated cost and schedule. The role will perform tasks across the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, managing & controlling, developing and completing projects.

• Track progress to ensure achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives
• Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers
• Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents
• Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
• Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule
• Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ownership, accountability, ethics, safety and security

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $95106 - $161680. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
