Support Specialist (Recovery Support Services) - Part-Time / Full-Time

The Support Specialist is responsible for directly supervising resident actions and movements, thus assuring that all program rules and regulations and contracting sources are followed. The Support Specialist serves as a liaison between resident and case management staff. He / she informally guides and supports residents and acts as the ongoing contact for residents. The person is responsible for maintaining accountability and a positive atmosphere that promotes client motivation and change. He / she also maintains fire, housekeeping, and sanitation regulations. As needed, the person will also be responsible for completing various duties for nonresidential clients.

Pay ranges from $20-$22 per hour

Overnight shifts have $2 shift differential

Open Shifts :

• 1st Shift (8 : 00am-4 : 00pm), Saturdays and Sundays
• 2nd shift (4 : 00pm-10 : 00pm), Some weekdays and weekends
• 3rd shift (10 : 00pm-8 : 00am), Saturdays and Sundays
• Full-Time : 2nd shift (4 : 00pm-10 : 00pm), Tuesday-Friday and Sunday
• Full-Time : 2nd shift (3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm), Monday-Friday

RS EDEN requires all new hire candidates for this position to successfully undergo and pass a criminal history background check, and driver record screen (DMV check).
