We have a unique opportunity for an experienced employment defense attorney to join our EEO Advantage Administrative Charges team as a Special Counsel attorney. The Special Counsel will focus on handling administrative charges before federal, state, and local agencies, including investigation, assessment, development of risk strategies, client interaction, and preparation of persuasive position statements.
This role has no billable hour requirement and offers a flexible, part-time schedule with remote work options. Full-time opportunities may be available. Candidates should have extensive experience in preparing position statements, ideally in large law firm or in-house practice.
A writing sample is required for consideration, with a preference for a redacted position statement.
This position may be remote but requires residence in a state with a firm office.
