The Louis S. Wolk Jewish Community Center of Greater Rochester is located alongside the Erie Canal in Brighton and is a 200,000 square foot facility that houses our state-of-the-art fitness, Wellness and recreation programming, an Aquatics Center, a professional Theatre, Children’s Center and our Summer Camp Programs

We are looking for part time Locker Room Attendants to support the day-to-day operations of the Men's Spa Locker Room by maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent customer service expectations for staff, members and guests. Must be able to respond to emergencies and maintain CPR / AED certification.
Schedule :
- Weekday - mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Morning shifts start at 7 : 00 AM
Evening shifts end at 8 : 30 PMSaturday and Sunday - mornings and afternoonsMust work at least one weekend shiftResponsibilities
Greet every member and guest by name in a friendly and courteous mannerAssist members in the Spa Locker Room with any needsAssign lockers to new membersGive tours of the Spa Locker Room to new or prospective membersTest the whirlpool chemical levels at designated times, record on daily sheet and call maintenance if chemical levels are outside normal rangeMaintain both the coffee bar and vanity areaMaintain cleanliness throughout, including but not limited to : vanity area, bathrooms, coffee bar, towel areas, lounge, locker room, fitness room and fitness equipmentMaintain and provide towels : washing, drying, folding and transporting to and from laundry departmentMaintain and return member’s laundry bags after washing by returning to respective member’s lockersRespond to emergencies safety codes and, if needed, administer CPR / AED services to a memberKey Competencies for Success :
