The Role and What You'll Do :
Business Development operates as the engine of 160over90, forming prospective clients' impressions of the agency, effectively shaping the client portfolio, and ensuring ample workflow. The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in tracking and reporting new business and organic growth opportunities as they progress through the pipeline, chronicling wins in real-time, and analyzing win records / ratios by discipline. In addition, the Manager works closely with the larger Business Development team to research prospects and to help craft highly customized proposals and presentations. They also have a hand in optimizing business development organizational processeshelping to maintain a library of proposals, presentations, and best-in-class client work samples, as well as coordinating and developing content for departmental workshops, planning sessions, and agency-wide trainings.

Hiring Rate Minimum : $60,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state / local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum : $80,000 annually
