The Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions - Recruitment provides leadership and support in the development and implementation of the undergraduate recruitment plan, oversees key undergraduate recruitment strategies, ensures timely undergraduate admissions reporting, and assists the Director of Undergraduate Admissions in the administration of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to meet institutional enrollment goals. Also, the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions - Recruitment is responsible for developing, supervising, and training Admissions Counselors on the Commerce campus.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

PREFERRED EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

A Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or relevant field from a nationally or regionally accredited institution of higher education is preferred. Knowledge of and familiarity with current trends and best practices in customer service, enrollment management, student support services, and retention is preferred.

SUPERVISION OF OTHERS :

Admissions Counselors, Graduate Assistants, and Student Workers.
