Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist to join their team. As a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the Motley Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Motley, MN

Pay Range : $59,280 - $80

What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive HR support to the operations teams, including policy administration and program implementation.
• Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Facilitate the hiring process by posting job openings, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates.
• Conduct employee onboarding, training, and monitor performance in alignment with company standards.
• Manage employee records, employment documentation, and conduct exit interviews as needed.
