Role You’ll be part of a fast growing, collaborative and rapid paced team. You’ll research, improve, design and build our AI front desk services and CRM Software that are transforming how local governments and organizations provide service to their communities.
You will drive design end-to-end, from understanding needs to conceptualization, crafting user journeys, and ideation to prototyping, interface design, testing and analytics.

Job Responsibilities Conduct user research (remotely and sometimes in person) with clients to uncover needs, pain points, and behaviors, and turn insights into actionable design opportunities
Define user flows, wireframes, and product requirements that balance usability and organizational goals
Design polished, visually compelling interfaces that showcase strong visual design skills and build brand consistency
Apply design patterns, common interaction models, and reusable components to create intuitive, scalable solutions
Evaluate designs through testing and analytics, using insights to refine and improve the user experience
Build and maintain design systems that support consistency, efficiency, and collaboration across teams
Enhance experiences with thoughtful micro-animations and motion design that add clarity, feedback, and delight
Experience and Education 3+ years of experience in UX design
Degree or certification in HCI or UX Design preferred
Proven experience creating UX for complex digital products
Excellent visual and interaction design skills & experience with design systems
