Sr. Analyst, Global Alliances Operations- Compensation and Territory Management (Remote)
Base pay range : $110,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

About The Role : The Global Alliances Operations, Sr. Analyst - Compensation and Territory Management role will be responsible for the planning, design, implementation and management of Alliances compensation plans and territories. This role will emphasize supporting a dynamic Partner GTM, which includes multiple Partner routes to market, complex data attribution models, and an evolving Partner ecosystem. The role will also align to the broader strategic Sales planning strategy to ensure the Alliances business is properly calibrated to the overall CrowdStrike GTM. Our territory models continue to evolve, and this role will lead that direction, including design automation to scale reporting, analytics, and compensation accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage Alliances compensation plan archetypes
- Lead and manage annual goaling process as well as supporting compensation team and field team escalations
- Alliances ETM strategy, execution and management
- Territory and capacity planning models
- Update of SFDC system for Alliances headcount and role hierarchy
- Alignment with Commission team and submission of monthly and quarterly SPIFF rewards
- Monthly and quarterly SPIFF rewards reporting for Alliance leaders
- Plan performance reporting and analytics, recommendations to improve desired results from our Alliances team roles
- Work cross-functionally with Data / Analytics and Business Architecture teams for reporting, data insights, process documentation
- Collaborate with Shared Services to update process documentation or evolve tasks as necessary
- Interpret data and prepare metrics and KPIs for management
- Participate in QBRs to ensure processes align with business needs and provide future recommendations
- Ad hoc operational support as needed
- Institute best practices and scalable processes including data flow
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes, especially as the partnership model expands; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positive user experience for partners
- Ability to optimize and prioritize tasks, including training Shared Services teams, and act as a point of escalation for Partner Incentives
What You'll Need
