Compensation Information :
Hourly : $29 - $35 / hour (additional compensation based on experience)Pay-per-billed-hour : $42-$45 / billed-hour (additional compensation based on experience)Signing and relocation bonuses up to $10,000 are availableFlexible Compensation Models : Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are availablePerformance-based incentives of up to $9,000 a yearComprehensive Benefits :

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy servicesCollaborate with families, physicians, and schoolsProvide culturally competent, family-centered careManage cases according to quality standardsRequired Qualifications :
Associate's degree from accredited OTA programNBCOT certificationColorado DORA COTA licenseBLS / CPR certificationPhysical Requirements :
