The role

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Control Technician is responsible for supporting RMA management, inspection, supplier quality processes, and cross-functional quality initiatives. This position ensures compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 & 14001 : 2015 standards and plays a critical role in safeguarding product reliability and customer satisfaction. This role will be based on-site in Wood dale IL.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $21.00 - $24.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, such as :

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook - Excel - Work -PowerPoint)

Ability to produce clear, structured documents, reports and presentations.

Experience with Oracle System is a plus.
