Job Title : Project Manager
Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Work Hours : Flexible core hours within a 7 AM 7 PM window
Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE) (Bonus, Equity , Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off and professional development stipend)
About the Role
As Project Manager, youll own delivery and profitability for our most complex structural projectscommercial, aviation, healthcare, education, and missioncritical facilities. Youll lead a highcaliber team, nurture client relationships, drive new business, and ensure technical excellence from design through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Structural design, documentation, and construction support on complex $10M+ projects
- Approve all change orders >
$50K; oversee project scope, schedule, and budget
