Location

Our West Campus is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. Our East Campus is located at 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705. The Human Resources office for both campuses is located on the West Campus in Building K, Suite 111.

Job Summary

The individual filling this tenure-track position will be responsible for teaching a full academic load, planning and developing courses to enhance the program. The position also requires advising graduate level program participants. This is an on-campus position.

Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Teach a full academic load (12 hours per semester).
• Plan and develop courses to enhance the program.
• Advise graduate-level program participants.
• Execute a research agenda and provide services to the University, the community of Albany, and to the profession of counseling.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Doctorate in Counseling Education (from a CACREP-accredited program) or have a related doctoral degree and have been employed as a full-time faculty member in a counseling education program.

Must have potential for scholarly research.

Have a professional counseling identity.

Proposed Salary

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
