What You'll Do :

Facilities Maintenance & Support

• Handles badge security and door access program
• Runs reports on access, security and ad hoc reports
• Issues employee access cards and maintains the integrity of the system
• Perform regular floor inspections / preventative maintenance schedules.
• Facilitates all maintenance coordination and schedule work on the floors as needed.
• Maintains seating / office plans
• Facilitates inter-departmental requests and concerns
• Coordinates the set-up and breakdown of large meetings
• Maintains seating / office building maps
• Coordinates office moves and as well as office restack as needed
• Provides support to Reception Desk as a back-up, lunches, vacations / sick time off

This is an on-site role that will report out of our corporate office in the Woodlands, TX.
