We're seeking a seasoned Learning Lead with 15+ years of experience designing and executing transformative learning strategies in the technology consulting space. This role will be instrumental in shaping Perficient's global learning ecosystem-driving capability development, leadership growth, and GenAI fluency across distributed teams.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders, lead a high-performing global team, and embed learning into the flow of work using cutting-edge tools and methodologies. The core of your mission will be to :

  • Align Learning investments to company strategy and direction
  • Accelerate certification pathways in collaboration with strategic technology partners
  • Realize measurable productivity improvements in how teams deliver work
  • Unlock value from adjacent skills-helping talent pivot, stretch, and contribute across domains

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Learning Leadership :

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned with business goals and consulting excellence
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and performance enablement
  • Architect scalable learning programs for consultants, technologists, and leaders-from onboarding to mastery
  • Measure impact through data-driven insights and continuously optimize learning experiences
  • Team Leadership & Development :

  • Build, mentor, and lead a globally distributed team of learning professionals
  • Foster collaboration across geographies, time zones, and cultures
  • Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Partner with executive leaders, practice heads, and HR to identify capability gaps and co-create learning solutions
  • Influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • GenAI Integration :

  • Leverage generative AI tools to personalize learning, automate content creation, and enhance learner engagement
  • Evangelize GenAI literacy across the organization through workshops, toolkits, and hands-on enablement
  • Certification Strategy & Partner Enablement :

  • Drive certification attainment across key technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Google Cloud, Databricks, Writer)
  • Collaborate with partner alliances and vendor teams to co-develop learning journeys, bootcamps, and credentialing programs
  • Track certification metrics and align them with business growth and client delivery needs
  • Productivity Enablement & Adjacent Skills Activation :

  • Deliver learning experiences that directly improve how teams deliver work-enhancing speed, collaboration, and quality
  • Identify and activate adjacent skills (e.g., design thinking, agile, data storytelling, automation) to expand delivery capacity and cross-functional agility
  • Build frameworks that help employees recognize and apply transferable skills across roles, practices, and industries
  • Embed productivity-focused learning into project lifecycles, agile rituals, and client engagements
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, preferably within technology consulting or professional services
  • Proven success in leading global teams and delivering high-impact learning strategies
  • Deep expertise in stakeholder management, change enablement, and strategic communication
  • Fluency in GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Synthesia, etc.) and a track record of applying them in real-world learning contexts
  • Experience driving certification programs with technology partners and aligning them to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to link learning to productivity improvements and delivery excellence
  • Passion for unlocking adjacent skills and enabling talent mobility across domains
  • Strong business acumen, creativity, a bias for action and an ability for relentless focus
  • Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, and influence skills

    The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $185,000 to $265,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
