Consumer and Commercial - ROW GTM and TPM
The Consumer & Commercial (C&C) Salesforce Applications Transformation Lead plays a critical role in driving PepsiCo's global digital transformation across Beverages and Foods, which together represent more than 75% of the company's core business. This senior leader will serve as the strategic liaison between business and technology (S&T), shaping the transformation roadmap for Rest of the World (ROW) markets and acting as the subject matter expert on Salesforce-enabled solutions.

The C&C Digital Transformation Lead serves as the key liaison to the new Business S&T team structure acting as the front door working to reshape Rest of the World transformation process, business capabilities and act as the defacto subject matter expert when designing solutions and roadmaps across Foods & Beverages. The scope of the domain includes any capability across Selling, Order, Delivery, Merchandising, Routing, Visit Planning, Customer Service, B2B, B2C, Customer Capabilities, Marketing, Consumer data, Commercial Planning (Product Lifecycle Mgmt., Trade Planning, Sales Planning, Sales Content), Promotion AI, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Execution (Pricing, Trade Promotion Execution), and Reporting and Analytics in general as well as all back-office integration.
The C&C lead provides Business Relationship Manager (BRM) services as well as Portfolio Management and Integrated Delivery Management and defines future Techno-Functional operation consideration while planning and building IT capabilities to meet and exceed business goals. This role is critical to continuing to drive operational efficiency and productivity through advanced technology deployments across different regions such that we can meet the needs of our 1.5MM customers each and each week.
