Maintenance Technician

Overview

The Maintenance technician is responsible for : carpentry, painting, event set up and take downs, miscellaneous minor electrical work and minor plumbing repairs; ensuring all building property is properly maintained; furniture moving, arrangement, placement of equipment, etc.; carrying out frequent checks of all areas, reporting any faults using the correct procedure; ensuring the safe, correct and economical use of equipment and cleaning materials. Performing other maintenance duties, as needed. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.

Pay : $25.37 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• At least one (1) year experience supporting mission critical environments
• Hands on electrical or mechanical skill, and competence in the area of non-expertise
• Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems
• Knowledge and experience using basic computer applications
