Job Description

Manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Coordinate with stakeholders to address project challenges and provide solutions. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have :

• A strong understanding of multifamily construction processes and best practices.
• Experience with ground up and renovation Multifamily projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools used for project management.
• A degree or relevant certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
