Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts

About the Role

Troy Design &Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and validation of automotive electrical systems at Troy Design & Manufacturing (a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company). This position involves hands-on wiring, diagnostics, and prototype testing in a Tier 2 OEM environment.

This would be a contract position through Pro Staff Services in conjunction with Troy Design & Manufacturing (a subsidiary of Ford).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and perform functional and safety tests on wiring harnesses and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hardware issues during build, integration, and testing.
• Create, interpret, and update electrical schematics, prints, and documentation.
• Perform rework and repairs, including crimping, soldering, de-pinning, and reverse-engineering harnesses.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and record test results accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and automotive quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve build and design issues.
