District Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation :

District Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications :
MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish2+ years of experience in B2B outside sales with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targetsExperience selling to small, independent business owners and retailersGo-getter mentality with the ability to develop relationships quickly within a short sales cycleComfortable working in a high-volume sales role with the autonomy to achieve resultsStrong customer service mentality to ensure the best service for clientsDistrict Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills :
Experience in a similar industry or marketProven ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
