Job Schedule : DayTime Thur 02 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Greet visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner while monitoring access to the location.Verify identification and manage visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms to help to deter unauthorized access or activity.Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal procedures and site protocols.Communicate and coordinate with property management, tenants, and / or emergency services as required.Provide customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with directions or information related to the location.Document security-related incidents and complete daily activity reports as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.What We're Looking For :

Have a combined minimum of 3 years of law enforcement, military, and / or security-related experience or possess a college degree.Experience with alarm panels is preferred.Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
