Role Overview
As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll have a big mission. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be overseeing the participation, coordination, and technical implementation of software platform applications, leading projects and initiatives to enhance business operations and overall company performance. Exhibit strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customers. Ensures all system configurations, timelines, and cross-functional tasks are completed on schedule, enabling teams to adopt and use the system effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Serving as the property management system (PMS) subject matter expert for assigned system implementations. Oversee the set-up process at acquisition systems set up, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain an extensive working knowledge of property operations and related applications for continued support with business requirements and operational needs.
- Perform strategic planning at an organizational and operational level in new property set ups and onboarding process. Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables to drive accountability and on-time completion.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to gather requirements and align workflows.
- Manage system security, taking proper precautions so that the users are allowed access to the necessary and appropriate applications.
- Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting during the implementation process, ensuring accuracy and system readiness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to increase implementation efficiency.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for ongoing support and knowledge transfer. Proposing process changes and / or business solutions by communicating with team members and researching technology and systems options that align with the company’s technology and systems needs and strategies.
- Serves as technical and application support to end users for the first 30 days of go-live in the property software system to ensure a smooth transition, addressing issues quickly and efficiently.
- Oversee the disposition of the property management system, including the secure data handling of the transition. Ensuring compliance with company policies and partnering with other departments for proper planning of the system deactivation.

You Have
2+ years of experience in on-site multi-family property management or multi-family property management accounting.Hands-on experience supporting Yardi Voyager, CRM, and RentCafe platforms (Funnel CRM experience preferred).Minimum of 2 years in technical support, with a focus on property management or real estate technology.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.Proven track record of managing software implementations, ideally within property management or real estate technology environments.Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent implementations.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.Outstanding customer service orientation, with a commitment to timely and effective support.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.Seniority Level : Experienced
