Participate in discovery meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their sales, marketing and customer service requirements and business processesParticipate in steering committee meetings with the client and be the escalation point for client communicationsParticipate in the pre-sales process as needed for RFPs and SOWsConfigure / customize D365 / PowerApps using web-based administration tools (form layout, workflow design, view creation, etc.)Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirementsCreate and manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryTrain end-usersCreate knowledge transfer documentationRequirements :
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Business Systems preferred) or related experience1 - 3 years of experience working on projects, business analysis, and / or requirements gathering (technology experience with applications is preferred but not necessary)Familiar with relational databases is a plusSelf-starter and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projectsEnergized by working at an entrepreneurial companySelf-motivated, dependable and reliable teammateStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skillsDemonstrated leadership qualities and client service focused mindsetMicrosoft certifications a plus, but not requiredOccasional travel required, less than 20%We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
