Passavant Memorial Homes is currently seeking a Consumer Accounts Specialist working in-person at our Harmar, PA office location. The Consumer Accounts Specialist is a full-time position under the direct supervision of the Assistant Chief Financial Officer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSUMER ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST :
- Proficient use of spreadsheet and word processing functions.
- Management of individuals' financial / accounting information, including reconciliation of client statements, recording revenue, and expenses / payables.
- Communicate financial / accounting information to various personnel and monitor account activity.
- Monitor financial / accounting data against applicable regulations and resource limits.
- Complete compliance documentation for Social Security and County Based Services.
- Works closely with various team members throughout the organization as part of the consumer accounts team.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
