Responsibilities of the AP Specialist Role :

Process accounts payable invoices using a 2-way match

The AP Specialist will contact department heads for invoice approvals as needed

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies

Organize and input data using Microsoft Excel

The AP Specialist will support the accounting team with related administrative tasks

Qualifications of the AP Specialist Role :

Prior accounts payable experience required

Basic Excel skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
