Facilities Manager

A company is looking for a Facilities Support Manager to oversee multi-site facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize work orders, providing troubleshooting support to on-site staff

Source and onboard regional vendors while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships

Oversee execution of capital projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facilities strategy with company goals

Required Qualifications

5+ years in multi-site facilities management, preferably in veterinary, hospitality, retail, or pet care sectors

Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and construction trades

Experience managing vendor networks and project bids

Proficient with work order platforms and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Comfortable with light travel (10-20%) and remote support across time zones
