Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service through live chats, emails, and phone calls
Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in a customer service setting
1+ years of experience in building customer relationships and resolving complaints
1+ years of experience in identifying and solving customer issues collaboratively
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
