Senior Accountant- Woodbury, Long Island

About the Company

Responsibilities :

  • Directly support Assistant Controller with items related to month end close such as journal entries and bank reconciliations
  • Data analysis in regards to variances and trends, budget vs. actual, inventory reporting, etc.
  • Assist with commissions, expense reimbursements and sales tax processing via Avalara
  • Assist with budget preparation and ad hoc reporting

    • Experience Preferred :

  • Minimum three years experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution a plus, not a must!
  • Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge necessary
  • Bachelors Degree a plus
