Senior Staffing Manager at SNI Companies

The Employment Law Paralegal supports attorneys in handling workplace-related legal matters by managing case files, drafting documents, conducting legal research, and coordinating discovery. This role also involves client communication, assisting with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and litigation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Gather necessary documentation from clients for litigation, discovery, and case development.
• Conduct factual investigations, including witness interviews.
• Act as a document liaison for clients, managing case files and electronically stored information (ESI) using platforms like Logikcull and Relativity.
• Monitor and track critical deadlines using Compulaw and maintain a weekly task list, providing deadline reminders to supervising attorneys and associates.
• Prepare and organize documents for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, ensuring materials are categorized by subject and witness.
• Perform legal research using Lexis, Westlaw, and other research tools.
