Descrizione del ruolo

Cerchiamo un Senior UX Researcher con comprovata esperienza nella conduzione di ricerche qualitative e quantitative, capace di generare insight strategici e azionabili per guidare lo sviluppo di prodotti digitali centrati sull’utente. Il ruolo prevede una forte collaborazione cross-funzionale, leadership metodologica e capacità di influenzare decisioni di business attraverso evidenze di ricerca.

Responsabilità principali

  • Pianificazione e gestione della ricerca : collaborare con team di design, prodotto, marketing e stakeholder per definire obiettivi, roadmap e priorità di ricerca.
  • Esecuzione strategica : condurre studi qualitativi e quantitativi, garantendo rigore metodologico e impatto sui processi decisionali.
  • Analisi e reporting : sintetizzare i dati in insight chiari e azionabili, presentando i risultati con storytelling efficace e visualizzazioni intuitive.
  • Mentorship e cultura della ricerca : supportare la crescita dei ricercatori junior e promuovere la diffusione della cultura UX in azienda.
  • Innovazione metodologica : esplorare nuovi strumenti e approcci per migliorare la qualità e l’efficienza delle attività di ricerca.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in discipline affini (Psicologia, Sociologia, Design, HCI, ecc.).
  • Oltre 5 anni di esperienza nella ricerca UX, con portfolio di progetti significativi.
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di User-Centered Design, UX e UI.
  • Ottima padronanza dell’inglese, sia scritto che parlato.

    • Competenze tecniche

  • Metodologie di ricerca UX : interviste, usability test (moderati e non), card sorting, tree testing, survey, ecc.
  • Tool di ricerca : UserTesting, Lookback, Maze, Optimal Workshop.
  • Gestione test e setting : organizzazione di sessioni in presenza e da remoto con strumenti come OBS, Streamlabs.
  • Analisi dati : utilizzo di NVivo, Dovetail, SPSS, Excel, R per trasformare dati in insight strategici.
  • Storytelling e data visualization : capacità di comunicare risultati in modo chiaro, coinvolgente e orientato all’azione.

    • Nice to have

  • Esperienza con strumenti neuroscientifici (eyetracking, EEG, GSR, FER).
  • Conoscenza di principi e strumenti per l’accessibilità digitale.
  • Capacità di prototipazione con Figma.
