Overview

Job Title : Housekeeping Specialist (Part-Time) – Location : Chateau Luxe – Phoenix, AZ

Base pay range : $18.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

Chateau Luxe Event Venue is Arizona's premier luxury event venue, renowned for hosting weddings, galas, conferences, and special celebrations with unmatched elegance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all event spaces, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing.
  • Assist with linen preparation, including storage and staging for banquet setups.
  • Ensure storage and back-of-house areas are neat and organized.
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply needs promptly.
  • Support the operations team by preparing rooms pre- and post-events.
  • Uphold the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, custodial, or luxury hospitality cleaning experience required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable, professional, and punctual.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
  • Ability to lift / move up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
