Position Summary : The Donor Relations and Stewardship Coordinator provides administrative and program operational support to the Donor Relations and Stewardship team in the Development and Alumni Relations division. This position is responsible for preparing documents and bulk mailings, managing data entry, supporting annual endowment reporting, and assisting with donor follow-up. In addition, the incumbent compiles weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports regarding donor relations and stewardship metrics. The Donor Relations and Stewardship Coordinator will work closely with teams across the Development and Alumni Relations division, as well as with campus partners, to achieve the goals of the Donor Relations and Stewardship program.

Workplace Requirements : This position is offered as a hybrid role, combining both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility and support collaboration. Per Rice policy 440, work arrangements may be subject to change.

Minimum Requirements :

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative position, with extensive professional interaction with all levels of staff and leadership that are internal and external to an organization
