Job Description :

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the administrative and operational aspects of assigned departments, focusing on cost management, human resources, operations, quality of care, clinical outcomes, patient / physician satisfaction, staff satisfaction, change management, and other relevant responsibilities.

As part of the entity management team, you will be instrumental in promoting the mission, vision, and values of PHC and Nursing Professional Practice. You will embrace a person-centered philosophy while enhancing patient-family centered services across the continuum and driving value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Graduate of a nursing program
• Three years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with one year of leadership experience
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area applying for
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced certification in the field of specialty (if required)
• BLS certification required
