Litigation Partner - General Liability Defense
HYBRID - 3 days onsite in El Segundo, CA
$180k-$250k DOE + Bonus
Position Overview
We specialize in providing legal services to the insurance industry, handling insurance coverage litigation and analysis, as well as advising on commercial litigation, transportation, employment law, professional liability, and intellectual property. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Partner to lead our litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of litigation, including case management, trial preparation, and negotiation, particularly in the area of insurance defense and general liability defense. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload while providing exceptional legal representation to our clients.
We have ten offices across six states and currently, there is only one other Partner in office in El Segundo. This role is being brought on due to growth and will help alleviate some of the work load from current Partner and help supervise and train junior associates.
