We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Yorba Linda, California. This Contract-to-permanent position involves overseeing installation projects while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and seamless coordination. The ideal candidate will excel at managing schedules, logistics, and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a key resource for sales representatives by providing accurate installation pricing and scheduling support.
• Conduct pre-sale job site visits to evaluate project requirements and address potential challenges.
• Review incoming orders to identify and categorize projects, ensuring proper coordination.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among sales representatives, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee project success.
• Perform job site checks and attend startup meetings to maintain clear communication and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage and update the district’s electronic installation schedule to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate installations with customers and subcontractors, addressing logistics, delivery schedules, and unexpected issues.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and deadlines.
• Conduct cost-control activities, including reviewing subcontractor invoices for accuracy.
• Stay informed on products to provide knowledgeable support throughout project execution.
• Proven experience managing construction or large-scale installation projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate logistics and schedules across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Excel and project tracking tools.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices to ensure compliance during all project phases.
• Ability to conduct site visits and engage in hands-on project evaluations.
